Outside of China, other Asian biotech hubs have early ambitions, too

APAC territories beyond Australia and China have yet to become magnets for first-in-human trials. But several Asian hubs are trying to secure earlier roles in global development, drawing on different combinations of regulatory reform, clinical infrastructure, patient access, and government support.
