Lilly steps up in vaccines with three acquisitions: Deals Report

As Lilly continues to direct some of its massive cash flow toward M&A activity, three of its latest deals are in an area it hadn’t previously prioritized: vaccines.
Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) said Tuesday it will acquire three companies in the vaccine space in agreements whose total value could rise to about $3.8 billion, including milestones.
