DARPA vet Fisher to lead U.K. R&D funding agency ARIA

Kathleen Fisher will become CEO of U.K. R&D funding agency ARIA in February, succeeding Ilan Gur. Fisher led DARPA’s Information Innovation Office, where she oversaw a $500 million portfolio comprising more than 50 programs.
