Rep. Auchincloss challenges FDA’s new priority voucher program

Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.) is challenging one of FDA Commissioner Marty Makary’s signature initiatives, warning that the commissioner’s national priority voucher program may be unlawful, lacks transparency, and risks politicizing the agency’s decision-making.
