Biopharma industry confident of IRA fix, hoping to dodge MFN

Biopharma CEOs and lobbyists are confident that the budget reconciliation bill will include relief from the Inflation Reduction Act’s so-called “pill penalty,” but are scrambling to fend off White House efforts to insert “most favored nation” drug pricing provisions.
