CEO changes at Scholar Rock, Hansa, Lutris, Spero

At least four biotechs have introduced new CEOs in the past week, as Scholar Rock Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:SRRK),  Hansa Biopharma AB (SSE:HNSA), Lutris Pharma Ltd. and Spero Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SPRO) all made changes at the top.
